Maintenance Treatment
On-going maintenance treatment - weekly charges range from £28.50-£37.50 per week depending on the prescription.
Initial Medical Assessment: £265.00
(Assessment and Re-assessment charges include two weeks of private prescription.
Thereafter, a weekly prescription charge applies)
Re-assessment for patients returning within a year of a treatment gap: £155.00

Rapid Detox (in-patient)
5-7 day Inpatient Rapid Opiate Detoxification in Lithuania (including medical assessment and flights)
With a 3-month naltrexone implant and follow-up appointment at 6 weeks and 12 weeks for blood tests £3600.00
Without implant but including follow up at 2, 4 and 6 months £3400.00
7 day Inpatient Rapid Opiate Detoxification in Portugal
(including medical assessment and flights)
With 3-month naltrexone implant and follow-up appointment at 6 weeks and 12 weeks for blood tests £4000.00
Subutex detox
(including up to 4 weeks of Subutex prescription £360.00
Thereafter, a weekly opiate prescription charge applies)
Subutex Re-assessment (for patients returning for Subutex treatment within a year of a treatment gap *£155.00
